There are a handful of channels through which we send notifications and other messages. If you would like to eliminate any communication from MacUpdate, take the following steps!

 

Unsubscribe from Watch List notifications

From the MacUpdate Desktop preferences window, uncheck the option to Automatically add Downloads to Watch List. Also uncheck the option to Send email notifications for apps added to Watch List.

From your MacUpdate member profile on MacUpdate.com, select the Watch Lists tab then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the link to Disable all Watch List email notifications.

Unsubscribe from other email subscriptions

From the Preferences tab of your MacUpdate member profile you can manage what email lists you've subscribed to. Unchecking these boxes will remove you from the associated mailing lists.
