There are no actions a user can perform that can cause the premature expiration of a MacUpdate Desktop subscription. Downloading a new version of MacUpdate Desktop, updating or reinstalling your Mac's OS, buying a new Mac altogether, etc. – none of these actions will affect your subscription's expiration date.

The culprit behind this issue is typically an incorrect email address. Try logging in with any alternative email addresses you can think of; try logging in with @mac.com instead of @me.com or vice versa; if nothing works, do not hesitate to reach out to us using our Contact form.
