Replying to user reviews and comments shows that you are a supportive, trustworthy and engaged Mac app developer. Even when people post negative feedback, engaging them in a professional, positive tone shows other users that you are interested in listening and want feedback to continue to improve your Mac apps.
- In order to reply to a user, first you have to login to MacUpdate. This can be done on any page using the form in the upper right corner:

Once logged in, click on your profile name in the upper right corner of the site and go to "Developer."

Search for your app's name on MacUpdate and click it to request ownership of the listing. The MacUpdate team will review your request and confirm that the listing matches and should be owned by you.

Lastly, go to your product listing page on MacUpdate, scroll down logged in and simply click on the reply buttons to comments that you'd like to engage.
